Enable Special Characters in Workflow Builder

Step 1: Change Local Windows System Locale to Japanese.
a) Go to 'Control Panel'
b) Select 'Regional and Language Options'
c) Select 'Advanced' tab
d) Choose ‘Japanese’

e) Reboot machine

Step 2: launch WF Builder. Change Font to Unicode Font (‘Arial Unicode MS’) to display Japanese characters (using the View -> Font menu)

Step 3: Change the Registry NLS_LANG:
a) Open the registry (by using the command regedit)
b) Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE=>SOFTWARE=>ORACLE=>Select the Oracle HOME (encircled in red color) where workflow builder is installed.
c) In the NLS_LANG parameter, enter the value“JAPANESE_JAPAN.JA16SJIS”

Step 4: Re-launch Workflow Builder to take effect font change.
